Job Description Job Description Accounting & Payroll Specialist Location: Plano, TX Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Role Overview The Accounting & Payroll Specialist will oversee all QuickBooks and ADP functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and payroll processing. This hands-on role supports the executive team by preparing financials, maintaining compliance, and driving efficient accounting processes as the organization grows. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of QuickBooks (AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting). Process payroll via ADP , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for leadership. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banks. Recommend and implement process improvements in financial operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of accounting and payroll management experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP . Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting practices. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing financial processes.
