Business Development & Appointment Setting Representative

WOW Brand is looking for a motivated Business Development & Appointment Setting Representative to connect with business owners, generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and help grow our merchant portfolio.

This is a commission-based opportunity open exclusively to candidates currently located in the United States. The ideal candidate is interested in B2B sales, business development, fintech, and payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business owners and decision-makers.
• Introduce WOW Brand's POS systems, payment processing, terminals, kiosks, and business solutions.
• Identify and qualify businesses interested in upgrading or changing their current POS or payment provider.
• Schedule in-person or virtual appointments with qualified prospects.
• Follow up consistently with warm leads and previously contacted business owners.
• Confirm appointments and maintain professional communication with prospects.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, callbacks, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Update lead information and activity in the designated CRM or tracking system.
• Coordinate qualified leads and appointments with the sales team.
• Invite prospects to product demonstrations, office visits, networking events, and other WOW Brand events.
• Work toward weekly lead-generation, appointment-setting, and account-conversion goals.
• Maintain professional communication and follow applicable calling and opt-out requirements.

Compensation

• Commission-based only no hourly pay or base salary.
• $300 per successfully closed, approved, and processing merchant account.
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance.

Ideal Candidate

• Must currently reside in the United States.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers over the phone.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Consistent and comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Previous telemarketing, appointment setting, B2B sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Generate qualified opportunities by turning outbound calls into appointments and prospects into active merchant accounts for WOW Brand.
