Overview Growing multifamily real estate investment and operating company seeking a Controller / VP of Finance to lead accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and finance operations across a growing portfolio of assets. Responsibilities Oversee corporate and property-level accounting operations. Manage monthly close, financial reporting, and consolidations. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and treasury functions. Support acquisitions, refinancings, and lender reporting requirements. Manage audit, tax, and external accounting relationships. Improve processes, internal controls, and financial systems. Lead and develop the accounting and finance team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Real estate, multifamily, or real estate investment experience preferred. Strong background in financial reporting, cash management, and debt financing. Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar accounting systems is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
