Job Responsibilities Assess health needs, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and coordinate medical care with an interdisciplinary team. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols. Monitor clients’ physical and mental health status, document changes, and communicate concerns to physicians, supervisors, and care teams. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions, including first aid and emergency response procedures. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in medical records and electronic health systems. Provide guidance, training, and clinical support to Direct Care Staff. Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies. Promote client dignity, safety, and rights while maintaining a therapeutic and supportive environment. Work is performed in a residential treatment center environment; may require lifting, repositioning, or assisting clients as needed. Exposure to medical equipment, communicable diseases, and behavioral challenges is expected. Shift work may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum Qualifications Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse or state licensure as a Registered Nurse pursuant to the Nurse Licensure Compact.
