The PositionThe Senior Specialist Analytics Developer is the most senior individual contributor role within the Analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE), responsible for leading the technical delivery of complex analytics solutions and acting as a subject matter expert. The Senior Specialist Analytics Developer is accountable for the quality and governance of analytics outputs through the Develop and Deliver phases, while also consulting on Discover and Define activities to ensure solutions are viable, well-scoped and aligned to the CoE's Target Operating Model.Beyond technical delivery, the Senior Specialist Analytics Developer takes an active role in developing the capabilities of Analytics Developers and Specialist Analytics Developers within the team, facilitating knowledge sharing and coaching to continuously raise the standard of analytics practice across the CoE. To apply you need to be / have:The CandidateThe successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to lead the technical delivery of complex analytics solutions within India, whilst collaborating and partnering with customers globally.
