Production Associate - 1st Shift

Location: Milaca, MN Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential overtime as needed

Position Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for performing routine production and assembly line tasks while helping ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to teamwork and productivity.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform routine and repetitive production tasks on an assembly line.
• Follow work instructions and established production procedures.
• Apply and assemble product components both manually and with production equipment.
• Replenish production lines with necessary materials and ingredients.
• Fill and monitor production equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or food production experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
