Licensed Practical Nurse

Health Systems Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support dialysis patients in an outpatient clinic setting. In this patient-first role, you’ll assist with dialysis treatments, monitor vital signs, administer medications within LPN scope, and document care in the EHR. You’ll collaborate with RNs, nephrologists, and technicians to maintain clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This position offers exposure to clinic operations, quality improvement, and chronic kidney disease management in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
