Overnight Medical Dispatch Coordinator

Emresponse in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Medical Dispatcher for overnight 12-hour shifts to be the primary contact for hospitals and facilities regarding ALS/BLS ambulatory transport. You will document information into Traumasoft and coordinate with crews and supervisors. Daily duties include monitoring schedules, updating ETAs, distributing end-of-shift reports, and assisting crews with tablet issues.
