Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview: The Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and staff to provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They oversee pharmacy operations, inventory, and customer service, while promoting community outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities Ensure safe, accurate dispensing and patient care in accordance with legal requirements. Manage staff, operations, inventory, and merchandise presentation. Model excellent customer service and community engagement. Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards. Analyze data to optimize pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Effective communication with patients and healthcare providers. Ability to analyze data for business and clinical decision-making. Leadership skills to manage staff and pharmacy operations.
