Accounting/Inventory Clerk Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 06:00pm )
- Enter and maintain accounting and inventory records.
- Process invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and payments.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable.
- Track inventory and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with reconciliations and basic reporting.
- Communicate with vendors regarding orders and invoices.
- Maintain organized records and files.Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Accounting/Inventory Clerk Qualifications:
- Accounting, bookkeeping, inventory, and office experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
