Job Title: Fabrication / Welding Technician
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm (Overtime on Saturdays)
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 (DOE) Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabrication / Welding Technician with strong experience in structural steel and pipe welding. This role requires expert-level welding ability and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication / Welding Technician with strong experience in structural steel and pipe welding. This role requires expert-level welding ability and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce X-ray quality welds on stainless and carbon steel
- Perform Fluxcore, MIG, and TIG welding (all preferred)
- Fabricate and weld structures, frames, piping, tanks, and sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment
- Communicate effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner
- 2-5 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience
- Experience with structural steel, pipe, plate, and sheet metal
- Expert knowledge of welding methods and quality control
- Familiarity with shop equipment (cranes, saws, ironworkers, etc.)
- Must be proficient in Fluxcore, MIG, and TIG welding
