Brand Ambassador

Summary The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales goals and store standards. This customer-focused role contributes to a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs. Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans. Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing duties. Educate customers about products, programs, and available offerings, and share product feedback with management. Participate in company training and support a positive, inclusive work environment. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required. Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
