What You Will Be Doing As a part-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant Intern , you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with customers in an authentic, engaging way. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to meet customer needs. Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology. Foster a competitive drive and success in a fast-paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate with uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment. Paid time off accrues per policy: at least 40 hours per year for the first year, and 80 hours per year thereafter, with state-specific sick time as required by law. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (November–December). At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of start date. The training may include overnight travel. Various online and computer-based trainings are required throughout employment. After You Apply You will be required to take a pre-hire assessment (approximately 20 minutes).
