We have a variety of positions available across different departments. Whether you are experienced or just starting your career, we invite you to explore the opportunities with us.What You'll DoMust be able to receive, lift and break down raw material of frozen fruit at breaking station. Carton weights 20 lbs. to 55 lbs.Will be trained to practice and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to open cartons and handle product.Must be able to pour and fill raw material into inspection trays and visually inspect for defects, foreign materials, etc.Must be able to fill infeed conveyor hopper and make sure the conveyor is always full.Must be able to empty accumulation trays under conveyor in a timely manner.Pack products into boxes for storage.The Ideal CandidateMotivated and enthusiastic about their work.Team players with strong communication skills.Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Flexible and adaptable to varying job demands and conditions.Experience in the food industry.Must be able to work in a negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment.Must be able to stand, bend, lift, stoop, as well as good eyes and hand coordination.Be able to work as part of a team to maximize productivity and efficiency.Good attendance is a priority.What You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Prior experience may be required based on position.Bilingual-Spanish and English is a plus!Work Location & Working ConditionsThis is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VAThe schedule is Monday to Friday.1st Shift 6:45am-3:15pmMid Shift 12:00pm-8:30pm (Shift Differential $0.50/hour)2nd Shift 2:45pm-11:15pm (Shift Differential $1.00/hour)Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols.
