This is a Tax Credit / HMMF Bond property. Qualified candidates must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a CADL, clean DMV record and reliable transportation. Must have basic computer knowledge. Salary range: $19.95- $30.40 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.95 - $25.18 per hour, DOE. May also assist in Painting of Interior Units, Office Areas, Laundry Room and Common Area Maintenance.ResponsibilitiesBasic Plumbing including; Toilet, Faucet and minor Pipe RepairPainting including; Preparation, Sanding and Color MatchingElectrical Repairs including; light switch, cords, ballasts and bulbs and circuit breakersLock Replacement/adjustment, bolt installation, window locks, latches and keysScreen Door Repair and Replacement, Sheetrock repair when neededDetailing Turnover Units, Completing within 5 daysQualificationsHigh School/GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.1+ Year of Related Apartment Maintenance ExperienceKnowledge and Skills in Plumbing, Electrical, and General MaintenanceCADL, Clean DMV and Reliable TransportationCriminal Background Check RequirementsEAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer.
