We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Driver/Production Worker to join our team in Medina, OH, 44256. In this dual-role position, you will play a crucial part in our production process while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of forklifts. Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
• Proficiency using R/F Scanners required
• Assist in the production line by performing various tasks as needed.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator experience is a must.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Third shift, 7A - 7P (alternating schedule)
