Do you enjoy turning raw stock into flight‑ and life‑critical components? At B&A Precision—serving Aerospace, Defense, and Medical customers for more than five decades—you’ll operate advanced CNC equipment and help keep complex programs moving on schedule.

In this role, you’ll report to the shop supervisor and take ownership of either turning or milling work:

• Operate 2–3 axis CNC horizontal lathes or 3–5 axis CNC milling machines. We welcome applicants strong in one path.
• Run parts confidently on Fanuc controls and make basic G‑code edits.
• Interpret blueprints, applying foundational GD&T concepts when required.
• Measure features using micrometers, calipers, height gages, and other precision instruments to verify conformance.
• Partner with teammates to ensure quality parts are produced on time, every time.

• 2+ years of CNC experience.
• Blueprint reading fundamentals; GD&T familiarity preferred.
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls and G‑code.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
• A collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
