School-Based Mental Health Therapist

Clarvida is hiring a School-Based Mental Health Therapist in Pittsburgh, PA. This part-time role (2-3 days/week) offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non-licensed scale. As a School-Based Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations—all aligned with Clarvida's person-centered, trauma-informed care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within Pittsburgh Public School District (elementary, middle, high school levels)
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
• Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
• Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school-based mental health services
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
• Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
• Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non-licensed rate if license is not held
• Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel possible)
