HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Job Description
You will assist in ensuring appropriate representation is available at a variety of on-Base briefings to include housing transitional meetings, utility meetings, family orientations, pre-deployment briefs and Community Town Hall Meetings.
You will assist unit personnel and administrative officers with the coordination of reporting of pay and personnel data as it relates to assignment and termination from military housing.
You will maintain internal control procedures for pay and personnel documents and route them to the appropriate Installation Personnel Administration Center (IPAC) for action.
You will design, prepare and utilize administrative forms that assist in day-to-day interface with the Public Private Venture (PPV) Partners.
You will ensure referral to privatized military housing is accomplished in a timely manner without undue financial hardship to the service member.
You will evaluates complaints and advise the appropriate PPV Partner and resident on the recommended course of action for resolution.
