Customer Care Associate

Overview The Customer Care Associate is responsible for responding to incoming internet leads and sales calls, as well as making outbound phone calls to potential and existing clients. Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads by phone, text message, and email with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. Confirm all sales appointments and reschedule missed appointments. Assist BDC Manager and Sales Managers with unsold, sold, and service appointment follow up as assigned. Provide adequate and accurate vehicle information to prospects. Prepare Sales Associate and vehicle (if applicable) for incoming appointments. Utilize CRM system to record all work completed, and assist managers and sales associates with input of new information. Communicate consistently with BDC manager and report all activity to them. Participate in ongoing training. Other duties as assigned. Schedule Monday-Wednesday-Friday-Saturday Job Type Part-time Requirements Exceptional communication skills, especially phone skills. Strong customer service abilities and background. Positive energy and a pleasant demeanor. Eager to improve with a competitive attitude. Team player, able to follow direction and be punctual. Organized and self-motivated, desire to achieve goals. Works well independently. Clean driving record and professional appearance. Ability to pass a criminal back-ground check and drug test.
