Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Compensation: $37-$39/hour | Per Diem | Hampton Roads, VA

Qualifications

Valid LPN license
At least 1 year of experience in a facility setting
Current BLS/CPR certification
PPD test completed within the last year
Capability to fulfill the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodations. No weight restrictions apply.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care in accordance with the LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Gather and record patient information accurately
Provide wound care and educate patients
Monitor and communicate any changes in patient conditions
Assist patients with daily living activities as necessary
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Perform additional LPN tasks as required by the facility
