Inpatient Nurse Care Manager | Utilization & Discharge

Gillette Children’s in Minnesota is seeking a Nurse Care Manager to support inpatient units at the St. Paul campus. This .8 FTE (32 hours/week) role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, focusing on preadmission, concurrent, and retrospective reviews to optimize patient care.

The position requires an RN license in MN, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and at least 5 years of recent clinical experience; BLS certification is required within 90 days. Strong collaboration with the care team is essential.
