CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant

Ballard Center is now hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Positions All shifts. Salary starting at $22.25/hr. Sign‑on bonus $3,500 for full‑time positions. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Assist residents with ambulation and transfers. Assist licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed. Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information. Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment. Must Have Successful completion of a state‑approved certified nursing assistant program. Current CNA certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn. Nice To Have Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. Direct care experience with multiple residents.
