Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required. Key Responsibilities Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures as directed. Complete necessary forms, surveys, and images for each job before leaving the site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional. Participate in morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed to contribute to the team's success. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and participate in training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Qualifications Age 18 or older (due to insurance requirements). Authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical abilities: climb up to 10‑foot ladder, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead. Ability to adapt to varying tasks and work environments. Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads, and application downloads. Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives. Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo and data upload and be able to navigate communication platforms independently. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily. Superior leadership and professional communication skills; ability to make sound decisions and solve problems.
