Financial Customer Experience Specialist (24/7) — Equity Eligible

Robinhood is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support users on chat, email, and phone within a 24/7 service model. You will be the company’s voice, delivering empathy and product expertise to ensure customers feel understood and valued. Based in an in-person setting during onboarding, you will grow your financial services knowledge and help us learn from each interaction to improve the experience across our products. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rainfall Ventures
