Maintenance Technician – Night Shift (4x12s)

Location: Greater Cincinnati, OH

Job Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (4 Days On / 3 Days Off Every Week)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our high-speed automated packaging and bottling lines running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Changeovers: Perform complete, efficient line changeovers on dynamic packaging and bottling equipment (fillers, cappers, conveyors, sleeve machines, case packers, and palletizers).
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Rapidly diagnose and resolve unexpected mechanical and electrical failures to minimize production downtime.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on industrial pumps, electric motors, and core facility systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Log downtime accurately in our ERP system and collaborate with the team to implement shop-floor safety and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Electrical Skills: 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience, including proficiency with multimeters and diagnostic tools.
• Mechanical Expertise: Proven ability to repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical systems, pumps, and electric motors.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Prior experience with boilers or pasteurizers.
• Completed trade apprenticeship (Electrical, Mechanical, Machinist).
