Case Manager: Housing & Health Advocate
Colorado Coalition for the Homeless
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Case Manager I to coordinate care, build relationships with partners, and advocate for clients experiencing homelessness in Denver. You will manage a dynamic caseload, document services, and assist with benefits enrollment while ensuring safety and coordinated care. Travel within the Denver region is required and a valid driver’s license is needed.
