Ascension Saint Alexius in Hoffman Estates, IL, is seeking a part-time RN diabetes educator to develop and oversee ADA-aligned education programs for patients and families. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other team members to implement individualized care plans and teach self-management strategies, including lifestyle modification and medication adherence.
