Senior Controls Engineer

What You Will Do:

Develop and modify PLC and HMI programs for custom automation applications
Support projects from initial handoff through installation, startup, and completion
Troubleshoot automation and controls issues remotely and at customer sites
Provide technical support to customers, including scheduled after-hours coverage
Collaborate with engineering and development teams on new automation solutions
Assist with system testing, commissioning, and performance validation
Prepare and maintain project-related technical documentation
Travel to customer locations for installation, startup, and service activities

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

5+ years of hands-on experience with industrial automation and PLC programming
Degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, mechatronics, industrial automation, or equivalent experience
Proficiency developing and troubleshooting PLC and HMI applications
Experience commissioning, integrating, and supporting industrial control systems
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and technical documentation
Strong customer-facing communication and technical problem-solving skills
