Job Description Summary Community Housing Network is committed to strengthening communities by connecting people to housing resources. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in implementing systems that improve services and outcomes for the people we serve. Community Housing Network seeks a Program Systems Manager to lead implementation and ongoing management of a new CRM and case management system for program operations. This role serves as the primary owner of program systems, partnering with staff and leadership to support implementation, continuous improvement, daily functionality, data processes, reporting, and cross‑program coordination. Essential Functions Lead implementation and ongoing management of program CRM and case management system Gather staff feedback and coordinate system improvements and enhancements Support data integrity, reporting, and system workflows Assist with transition from existing data systems Support program coordination, including dashboards and reporting processes Identify opportunities to streamline and improve program operations Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in a related field required 3 to 5 years of experience in systems, data, program coordination, or related work Experience with CRM or case management systems Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to organizational values Adhere to agency policies and procedures Demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills Maintain a positive and respectful attitude Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload Consistently report to work on time and prepared to perform duties of position Proactively and effectively communicate the knowledge gained from education, training, and conferences to others in the organization through the use of presentations, emails, and conversations Execute all duties within the framework of Housing First and trauma‑informed care principles Prioritize cultural understanding, respect, resilience, adaptability, conflict resolution, and resourcefulness Upholds organization's core values of integrity, inclusion, innovation, passion and vision within our organization and the people we serve Have a strong work ethic that equally prioritizes the needs of participants and the needs of the organization Display effective leadership skills to gain and maintain credibility, trust, and respect of all employees Travel This is a non‑driving position, and driving is not an essential job function. While the role does not routinely require travel, infrequent travel may be required under rare circumstances. CHN reserves the right to require a motor vehicle record check with any employee where driving is an essential function of the position that would require the use of an employee’s personal automobile. Work Environment and Physical Demands This position works Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. in the Troy, Michigan office and from home, based on department needs. While performing the functions of this job, the position is both sedentary and at times requires the ability to be active including standing, bending, lifting and/or arranging files and office products and supplies and may require employees to periodically stand on a short step stool to access files.
