AI/ML Engineer

We’re looking for an AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS, LLMs, RAG, MCP, and Agentic AI to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
Key Areas of Expertise:
- LLMs, Generative AI & Agentic AI
- Amazon Bedrock & Claude models
- RAG & Multi-Agent Architectures
- MCP server implementation & tool integration
- Agentic orchestration, Strands Agents & Skills
- Stateful agent workflows
- NER, Relation Extraction & Entity Resolution
- AI evaluation, trust scoring & hallucination detection
- Output consistency & KPI accuracy
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related roles
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
- Hands-on AWS experience with SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Glue & S3
- Experience building ML/AI pipelines and cloud-native solutions
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD & MLOps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- AWS Certified Machine Learning certification
- Experience implementing Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
