About the Position

Hi,

We are actively hiring an experienced Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech) for one of our clients, in Porterville, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an imaging professional with strong diagnostic radiography experience looking for a 13-week travel assignment.

Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech)
Location: Porterville, CA 93257
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 07/07/2026
Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations according to physician orders
• Operate radiology and fluoroscopy equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and image quality
• Follow radiation safety protocols and departmental procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care

Pay Rate: Competitive and negotiable based on experience.

Requirements

• Active California CRT License with Fluoroscopy Permit required
• ARRT (Radiography) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Radiology/X-Ray experience
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Candidates who have previously worked permanently at Sierra View Medical Center are not eligible for travel assignments
