Safelite is seeking a Customer Advocate who helps create a memorable first impression by greeting customers in person and answering inbound calls and emails. The role includes handling administrative processes, scheduling, work orders, and invoicing to ensure smooth operations. You will manage service issues, pricing, warranties, and dispatch while maintaining professional appearance and complying with PPE requirements.
