For those with experience working with students, the Group Leader role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful before- and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. We're Looking For An Early Learning Professional Who Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In This Role, You Will Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) Make child safety the top priority at all times Keep the space clean and organized Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff This Role Is Ideal For Educators With Experience In Teaching or classroom leadership School administration or program coordinationParaprofessional or instructional support roles Youth programs, mentoring, or tutoring Retired educators and school professionals are encouraged to apply. Here's What You'll Need Must have a minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+) and be 18+ years old Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours) Pay & Benefits $17.00 per hour (must have proof of experience) Part-time benefits, including health, are available Employee referral program Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
