If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift. RTO and start date must be confirmed and accurate at time of submission. Up to 5 non-holiday RTO days may be auto-approved. Candidate must work 2 of the 3 major holidays. Required certifications must be included based on the job/unit description. AHA and Red Cross certifications accepted. RQI cards are not accepted. Illinois license must be active and in hand at time of submission unless otherwise noted in the job description. Background check findings must be disclosed at submission for client review and approval. Submission Rules : References may be pending at time of submission.
