Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Role Overview: This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The licensed practical nurse (LPN) evaluates patient/resident conditions, contributes to assessments and care planning, administers medications, and monitors unlicensed staff providing care. Responsibilities Evaluate patients/residents, observe and report changes in condition Assist with nursing assessments and care planning Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program Current licensure or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required Key Duties: Provide efficient, effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction while adhering to licensing and certification requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Seacrest Behavioral Health
