Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Sherman, TX. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing patient-centered care with the ability to manage high productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality outpatient therapy to patients, ensuring adherence to individual treatment plans.
Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients per day.
Implement double-booking for follow-up visits as needed.
Float to other clinics as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience preferred.
Accepting new graduates and first-time travelers.
