CareCore at Lakeridge is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team! We're looking for compassionate, dependable nurses who are committed to providing excellent care in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
Shifts Available
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
- Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support residents and families throughout their care
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) Preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
