Expectations of value have changed. Driving revenue growth, optimizing margins & costs, and maximizing ROI remain pivotal but the opportunity is bigger. The EVC team drives sustainable P&L improvements by realizing cost and revenue growth strategies that address short-term financial challenges and long-term shareholder expectations. Programs will range anywhere from setting EVC strategy and vision tailored to client’s needs, to mobilizing and leading multi-disciplinary cost and margin improvement programsCapability Building: Empower clients to sustain improvements through effective knowledge transfer and capability buildingTeam Leadership and Development: Mentor and inspire junior team members to help them realize their potential and stay motivatedYou will be a key member of the Enterprise Value Creation team responsible for building out the Enterprise Value Creation team to become the “Go To” brand in the market Your skills and experienceWe are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Consultants with 2+ years (Senior Consultants with 4+ years) of relevant work experience and a passion for delivering impactful results in dynamic environments. Ideal candidates will have: Experience delivering in value creation programs and projects focused on: gross margin improvement, SG&A/third party cost reduction, pricing & profitability, commercial excellence, operational performance improvement, or operational/commercial due diligenceExperience working across a client lifecycle: from diagnostics creating baselines and forming hypotheses; through designing improvement initiatives and implementation plans; to mobilizing a profitability transformation programExperience in business development and delivering work in at least one of Baringa’s industry sectors (Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources)What a career at Baringa will give you Putting People First.
