If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Position Title: Certified Nursing AssistantLocation: Bangor, ME 04401Duration: 13 WeeksWork Schedule: Days (3X12) 36hrs per weekResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Demonstrates effective listening skills to provide support for resident/patient needsAbility to take initial vital signs and provide weights to nursing staff in a timely mannerResponsible for reporting changes in vital signs or measurements promptly to the Supervisor/Charge NurseAlways follows procedures for Universal PrecautionsMonitors and promptly records resident/patient intake and output in accordance with unit standards or physician ordersMaintains confidentiality of resident/patient related issues; supports resident/patient rightsMaintains productive working relationship with healthcare team membersIs a team player, courteous, diplomatic and tactful when interacting with others.Provides additional care as directed by the RN/LPNAssist with orientation of patient/resident/family to unit, facility and services.Can deliver patient/resident care promptly and accurately as directed by the RN/LPN and in accordance with plan of careAbility to empathize with residents, patients and families.Able to remain objective in difficult circumstances including interactions with demanding residents and patientsDemonstrates flexibility when neededSeeks help and assists in developing solutions for problemsHas a passion for working with long term care residents and skilled rehabilitation patients to provide excellent resident and patient careTo be considered for this position, you should have:CNA License for ME stateBLS by AHACovid CardTryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
