In our collaborative environment, you'll perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in developing process procedures, assembly instructions, process set-up, preventive maintenance and/or calibration tasks. We'll rely on the Advanced Manufacturing Operations Technician to use sophisticated programs/software to author and issue work plans and/or collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products, instruments or equipment as well as determine and develop methods and procedures to execute, control, or modify the manufacturing process.Technologies that aren't just top-notch, they're often top-secretA team of bold thinkers committed to exploring what's nextOpportunities to gain new knowledge - as it's discoveredAn Associate's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing systems and process issues to root cause and seek out opportunities for process improvementAbility to install, qualify, maintain, and repair line manufacturing equipmentCreative thinking with the ability to problem solveCommitment to ongoing professional developmentTeam player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team successIdentifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovationThis estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
