Maintenance Technician

Shift: Monday-Thursday | 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift

Pay: $25/hr-$26/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors equipment for unusual sounds to detect malfunction.
• Responsible for mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Dismantles defective equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
• Conducts daily inspections & completes maintenance inspection logs.
• Provides technical information and operational guidance to production employees.
• Assists leadership with problem resolution and correction of equipment deficiencies.
• Constantly considers long term upgrades / repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or related maintenance training preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and equipment reliability principles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Performing outside under a canopy, must be comfortable working in all types of weather. Steel toe shoes REQUIRED.
