Registered Nurse (RN) Cottonwood Springs – a 108-bed behavioral health hospital in Olathe – offers exceptional care. As an RN you will help make communities healthier by providing quality nursing care and supporting staff. Responsibilities Assess patients, plan care, and document findings within set timeframes according to policies. Supervise and oversee the shift, delegating tasks and ensuring nursing policies and procedures are followed. Monitor patients for changes in condition, responding accordingly and notifying physicians as needed. Follow hospital policy for medication administration. Use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients. Deliver quality nursing care to ensure treatment goals are executed per hospital policies and demonstrated competencies. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients. Qualifications Associate’s Degree is required. Current RN license as required by state regulations. CPR and De-escalation certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
