- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns for individuals and business entities
- Collaborate with financial advisors on tax strategy and optimization
- Familiarity with Drake or similar tax preparation platforms
- Explain tax obligations and refund expectations to clients
- Ensure adherence to all applicable tax laws and filing deadlines
- Keep current with changes in tax policy and inform clients when relevant
- Coordinate with external professionals as needed for complex issues
- Improve efficiency of internal systems related to tax operations
- Respond to audit requests and represent clients in tax-related matters
