Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community is hiring a Full-Time Night RN (Registered Nurse) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing setting. This overnight role offers consistency, competitive pay, and a mission-driven culture.

  • RN PIB: $45.00/hr | PRN: $43.00/hr plus shift differential for applicable positions.
• Sign-On Incentive: Full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Bonus is subject to a 12-month employment commitment and paid according to the organization's sign-on incentive program guidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, holistic care to residents, supporting their overall well-being
• Conduct assessments, monitor health status, and contribute to individualized care planning
• Ensure residents receive appropriate medical attention and support to thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families to foster a respectful, supportive environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license
• Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
