Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve positive patient outcomes. SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12-Hour Night Shift
• Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Rotating schedule that may include weekend day and night shifts

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $35.76 - $41.72 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred
• Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities
• Promote patient safety and adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
• Respond quickly and effectively to changing patient needs and clinical situations
• Support quality improvement initiatives and positive patient outcomes

• Consistent weekend-focused schedule
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• State or federal ID required upon arrival
• Photo badge must be worn at all times
