This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail, enjoy interacting with people, and are keen to develop their sales and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide assistance in selecting products. Sales: Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement. Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy. Ensure products are displayed attractively. Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a balanced cash drawer. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and promotions, and communicate this information to customers effectively. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high standard of customer service. Feedback and Improvement: Actively seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance. Requirements/Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiastic and customer-oriented approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow in a retail setting. High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
