Teller Services Coordinator

Wintrust Financial is seeking a Teller Services Coordinator in our Financial Services department. In this role, you will oversee daily teller operations, ensure adherence to banking policies, and provide coaching and support to teller staff. You will monitor cash levels, resolve complex customer service issues, and help implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
