Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Night shift, 12-hour shifts (3 days a week).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in adult and pediatric care and will have experience in a large facility, preferably a Level 1 trauma center.


This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the well-being of our patients in the emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care in the emergency department.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care and treatment options.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred.
• Must be in the process of credentialing and able to provide proof of ongoing requirements.
