DIVISION SALES MANAGER - CTX

Role Objective Maximize execution of chain programming, increase market share in (chain account) optional space, and build a competitive presence in the independent convenience channel through coaching/developing team members and strategic approach to goal attainment. The ideal candidate is passionate about winning, motivated to build an accountable and high performing team, well-organized, with a deep understanding of sales and leadership processes. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Coach and develop team members for high performance in goal attainment and growth metrics Ensure service and market share expectations are achieved and maintained with top retail customer partners. Repair relationships with top risk accounts Coordinates supplier partner activity and delivers on expectations Drive accountability in all areas of influence Uses office productivity software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) to communicate information, track, and process market data to make decisions that advance the company's sales goals.
